Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI)
- Proven track record of scaling tech solutions for future markets
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Tech Innovation preferred
- Experience leading global R&D teams across 3+ time zones
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market expansion
