Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market evolution and company growth objectives

- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for technology investments
- Build and maintain an innovation ecosystem through partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of technology initiatives on business outcomes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO-level leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, and sustainable tech
- Experience scaling tech teams and managing R&D budgets exceeding $50M
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
