- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario planning frameworks
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs with academic and industry partners
- Advise leadership on technology investments and competitive positioning
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our 2026 Vision Fellowship
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (blockchain, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, S-curve analysis)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
