Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and product teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess commercial viability
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Drive adoption of emerging tech through internal skunkworks initiatives and hackathons
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 7+ years in emerging technologies (AI/blockchain/quantum)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products with >$100M impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends and S-curves
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology foresight methodologies
