Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for optimization and machine learning tasks.
- Lead architectural decisions for next-gen neural network models running on quantum processors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
- Research and prototype novel techniques in quantum error correction and neural network compression.
- Optimize deep learning frameworks for next-generation hardware architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the team.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PyQuil).
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability, and statistical mechanics.
- Experience deploying scalable ML models to cloud environments.
- Demonstrated ability to think abstractly and solve complex technical problems.
