Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the 2026 product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core platform, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead cross-functional agile teams (Engineering, Design, Data Science) to deliver high-impact features on time and within scope.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and market analysis to validate assumptions and identify new growth opportunities for the upcoming year.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, presenting clear data-driven insights to executive leadership to secure buy-in for major initiatives.
- Drive the prioritization of the product backlog, balancing technical debt, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept ideation to post-launch analysis and optimization.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within the B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software sector.
- Demonstrated success in launching complex products or major platform updates.
- Strong command of product metrics (KPIs, OKRs, Churn, LTV) and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing distributed teams and navigating complex organizational structures.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining high standards of excellence.
