Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing next-gen innovation projects with $10M+ budgets
- Partner with government agencies on policy frameworks for emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption cycles
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Present tech strategy to C-suite and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and technological maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with 3+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $5M+ budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience interfacing with government agencies on tech policy
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and project management (PMP/PRINCE2)
