- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage R&D budgets and resource allocation for experimental projects
- Document and communicate tech vision through whitepapers and executive briefings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching futuristic tech initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AR/VR, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering preferred
- Portfolio of published thought leadership pieces or patents
- Fluency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT)
