Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) with 5-10 year market impact potential
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and 2026 industry transformation goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and pilot testing of next-generation solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position Nexus in future technology ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and innovation labs
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid technology validation and iteration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive technology initiatives
