Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for emerging tech threats/opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact models
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems for prototyping and pilot programs
- Mentor technical teams in agile methodologies for rapid experimentation and validation
- Author thought leadership publications on tech ethics and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, Web3, IoT, or quantum computing applications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience scaling tech startups or managing R&D budgets >$1M
- Portfolio showcasing published tech strategy frameworks or disruption models
- Fluency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and strategic modeling software
