Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, AGI, synthetic biology) for market viability
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 innovators
- Present tech vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Drive innovation sprints focused on ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching products with $50M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized systems
- PhD or equivalent in CS/Engineering or demonstrated equivalent innovation
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience leading teams of 15+ technical professionals
