Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in technology strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in quantum algorithms or neural network optimization
- Proven track record in securing federal SBIR/STTR grants
- Expertise in EU AI Act and US Innovation Act compliance
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance (preferred) or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
