Responsibilities

- Lead quarterly foresight workshops with R&D, product, and design teams
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for board presentations
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, bio-convergence, AI ethics)
- Design and test prototype solutions for future market needs
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Present innovation roadmaps to investors and enterprise clients
Qualifications
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
