Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Author thought leadership publications on future workforce models and societal transformation
- Design innovation frameworks to help clients navigate regulatory and ethical challenges in next-gen industries
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions and validate market readiness
- Analyze geopolitical and macroeconomic trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFMP) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic predictions
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
