Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Spatial Computing, Autonomous Systems) relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Create and maintain a multi-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with corporate vision.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to prototype experimental technologies.
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.
- Oversee the lifecycle of emerging tech pilots from concept to deployment.
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes and ethical considerations in new tech adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and blockchain technologies.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making.
- Strong presentation skills for executive-level briefings.
