- Secure $5M+ in government and industry grants
- Mentor PhD researchers and quantum engineers
- Develop IP strategy for quantum computing innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years quantum research with published Nature/Science papers
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit design
- Proven grant-writing record ($1M+ secured)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction
- Experience leading cross-functional research teams
- Patents in quantum computing or related fields
