Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant neural network infrastructures capable of processing petabyte-scale data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Legal, UX) to ensure ethical AI deployment and compliance with emerging global standards.
- Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum AI) to integrate into our core product suite.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Drive the roadmap for the transition from current AI capabilities to advanced autonomous agents by 2026.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects with a focus on scalability and future-proofing.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed systems.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in fast-paced, startup environments or high-growth tech giants.
