- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment and quantum encryption standards
- Pioneer sustainable tech initiatives reducing digital carbon footprint by 40%
- Deliver quarterly tech forecasts to C-suite and board of directors
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record securing $3M+ in R&D funding or government grants
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic hardware, and Web3 infrastructure
- Experience leading global tech initiatives across 3+ continents
- Certification in Tech Strategy from Stanford/MIT or equivalent
