The Role
You will be the technical lead for our flagship 2026 product suite, responsible for designing scalable, fault-tolerant neural architectures that power our next-generation platform.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable deep learning models and neural networks capable of handling complex, real-time data streams.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Drive the exploration of emerging paradigms such as Transformer evolution, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), and edge computing integration.

Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (3+ years of industry experience may substitute).
- Core Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with a strong understanding of computer vision and natural language processing.
- LLM Experience: Demonstrated experience in fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and deploying Large Language Models in production environments.
- System Design: Experience designing distributed systems and optimizing machine learning pipelines for high throughput and low latency.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and write clear, concise documentation.
