Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of launching industry-disruptive technologies
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural network optimization, or climate tech
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
