Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision and technical strategy for our 2026 product roadmap.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance distributed systems using cloud-native technologies.
- Oversee the integration of advanced AI and machine learning models into production environments.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct deep-dive technical analysis to mitigate risks and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Extensive experience with Python, Java, or Go, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in designing microservices and containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated expertise in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data pipelines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
