Responsibilities

- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future-tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-risk, high-reward initiatives.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal incubation projects, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with key technology vendors, startups, and academic institutions.
- Resource Allocation: Direct budget and resources toward the most promising future-forward initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, blockchain, and quantum computing applications.
