Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company's 2026 technology roadmap.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including AI, Web3, and advanced cloud architectures.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align tech initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation and legacy system modernization.
- Manage the multi-million dollar budget allocated for 2026 strategic tech initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future-facing deployments.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional engineering and product teams through rapid technological shifts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or IT management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading multi-year technology initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML integration, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and scalable system design.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
