Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market forecasts and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype AI-driven automation, blockchain solutions, and quantum computing applications
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neuromorphic computing, bio-integrated systems) for competitive advantage
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-backed ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for breakthrough technology development
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent development, and tech talent incubation programs
- Ensure ethical implementation of emerging technologies through governance frameworks and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling technology ventures from concept to market launch
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems)
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or Innovation Management (e.g., CDIO)
- Published research or patents in future-facing technologies
