Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable infrastructure for quantum-enhanced machine learning models.
- Lead a cross-functional team of 10+ engineers to deliver Project 2026 milestones ahead of schedule.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with R&D to translate scientific papers into production-ready code.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in high-scale systems.
- Deep understanding of Quantum Computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex, ambiguous projects.
- Experience with Python, Rust, or Go in a production environment.
