Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the architectural design of complex, distributed systems with a focus on scalability, security, and future-proofing.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, Edge Computing, Web3) to drive innovation.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and robust disaster recovery protocols.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party integrations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or a related technical leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in designing microservices architectures and high-throughput systems.
- Experience with AI/ML integration frameworks and modern data pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading diverse teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make high-level technical decisions under pressure.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
