Responsibilities
- Lead Model Architecture: Spearhead the design and implementation of advanced machine learning models, specifically focusing on LLMs and predictive analytics for the 2026 product suite.
- Roadmap Execution: Collaborate with C-level executives to translate high-level 2026 strategic goals into concrete technical milestones and development sprints.
- Optimization & Scaling: Engineer high-performance data pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data with sub-millisecond latency.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for bias mitigation, data privacy, and responsible AI deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, conducting code reviews, technical architecture sessions, and mentoring junior data scientists.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying large-scale systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Specialization: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, and a strategic mindset.
