Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning models
- Manage a team of AI engineers and researchers, providing mentorship and guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements and deliverables
- Stay abreast of the latest AI research and technologies, and integrate them into our projects
- Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI in all our solutions
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in AI processes and methodologies

Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and deploying AI solutions at scale
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and other relevant languages
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
