Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product ecosystem, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including predictive AI and edge computing.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure best practices.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with long-term strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or lead engineering role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
