Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for long-term technology initiatives, identifying emerging trends to ensure our products lead the market by 2026.
- Technical Strategy: Architect scalable, future-proof solutions that integrate AI, Web3, and advanced data structures.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and high-performance.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, or Distributed Systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term product roadmaps (3-5 year horizon).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
