Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the comprehensive technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning R&D initiatives with long-term business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) into our core product suite.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for future projects.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses of competitor technologies and market trends to maintain our competitive edge leading up to 2026.
- Scalability Planning: Architect systems that are not only innovative but also scalable, secure, and compliant with future regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, strategic technology roles, or executive consulting.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
