Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize the architectural vision for 2026-era technologies, including AGI, Autonomous Systems, and Extended Reality.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms, pushing the boundaries of current machine learning capabilities.
- Design resilient, distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Mentor and upskill engineering talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence and forward-thinking.
- Evaluate and prototype emerging hardware-software integration models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Reinforcement Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale, high-availability systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Experience with futuristic or bleeding-edge technologies (e.g., WebGPU, Edge Computing, AI Agents).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
