Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the implementation of core infrastructure that supports our long-term strategic vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- AI Integration Strategy: Lead the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning models into our production environment to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Technical Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring senior engineers and fostering a deep understanding of scalable system design.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing primitives, Web3 protocols) to determine their viability for our product suite.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or lead engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in modern languages (Python, Rust, Go) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI Proficiency: Strong background in designing systems that leverage AI/ML capabilities, including data pipelines and model serving architectures.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams through complex technical challenges and drive project delivery under tight deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
