Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define long-term technical vision and strategy.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development in emerging technologies, including Quantum Algorithms and Large Language Models.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust, high-performance systems that can handle exponential data growth.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Vendor & Tech Stack Evaluation: Assess and select third-party technologies and partners that align with our futuristic goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software engineering or technical leadership roles, with 3+ years specifically in AI/Quantum research.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Quantum Computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into business value.
