Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and execute the technical strategy for our 2026 AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Model Development: Lead the research and implementation of advanced Machine Learning models, including LLMs and Computer Vision systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of inference pipelines, reducing latency and cost while maximizing throughput.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Roadmap Execution: Drive the delivery of key milestones for the 2026 product vision, ensuring on-time and high-quality releases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within AI/ML or High-Performance Computing.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI Knowledge: Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale AI models. Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and innovate under pressure.
