Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligning with 2026 market trends and business objectives

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions and validating market viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and actionable insights to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, tech showcases, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or Web3 infrastructure
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to commercial deployment
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication mastery
