Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with IEEE 7000 and EU AI Act
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI deployments
- Lead cross-functional teams in ethical AI design workshops
- Establish continuous monitoring systems for AI system behavior
- Represent the company in global AI ethics policy forums
- Create transparency documentation for AI decision-making processes
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and ISO/IEC 42001
- Proven track record of bias mitigation in production ML systems
- Experience with regulatory compliance in regulated industries (healthcare/finance)
- Strong technical skills in Python and ML interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME)
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible AI at top-tier conferences
