Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term strategic goals and market positioning.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee research and development projects focusing on breakthrough technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Next-Gen Web3.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with academic institutions, tech startups, and industry leaders to foster innovation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses of emerging tech trends to provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximize the impact of innovation projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Visionary Thinking: Ability to anticipate future technological shifts and translate them into concrete business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Agile Mindset: Proven experience managing agile methodologies and rapid prototyping cycles.
