- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term strategic initiatives.
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in pilot programs and proof-of-concept (POC) projects for future technologies.
- Innovation Lab: Establish and manage an internal 'Innovation Lab' dedicated to prototyping solutions for the 2026 era.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and industry shifts to ensure Apex Dynamics remains a market leader.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in a strategic technology leadership role, with at least 3 years in a forward-looking or innovation-focused capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps and executing them successfully.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
