Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Design and define the long-term technical roadmap, identifying emerging technologies that will dominate the 2026 landscape.
- Lead Agentic AI Development: Spearhead the integration of autonomous agents and next-generation Large Language Models into our core infrastructure.
- Technical Strategy: Establish best practices for scalable architecture, ensuring systems can handle projected 2026 traffic loads and data volumes.
- R&D Leadership: Collaborate with academic partners to prototype and validate cutting-edge technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a strategic architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning Ops (MLOps), and distributed systems architecture.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and successfully implementing forward-looking technologies.
- Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Language: Native proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
