Responsibilities
- Architect and implement autonomous agents capable of complex, multi-step reasoning and execution.
- Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific agent behaviors and safety protocols.
- Integrate Vector Databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to enhance agent knowledge.
- Optimize agent performance, latency, and cost efficiency in production environments.
- Collaborate with product teams to define agent roadmaps and user interaction flows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Python or TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, Transformer architectures, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) or Preference Optimization.
