In this role, you will bridge the gap between today's rapid innovation and the stable, scalable systems required for 2026 and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify emerging trends and integrate them into our core product ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives and emerging tech trends.
- Lead research initiatives into GenAI, predictive analytics, and next-gen computing architectures.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate futuristic tech stacks into current development cycles.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects on scalability and future-proofing best practices.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the technology landscape leading up to 2026.
- Present technical strategies and roadmaps to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and future computing paradigms.
- Proven track record of managing long-term technical strategy and R&D projects.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure, data security, and scalable system design.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
