Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge AI models, focusing on Generative AI and Multi-Agent systems.
- Design novel algorithms to improve model efficiency, accuracy, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready solutions.
- Establish best practices for model evaluation, monitoring, and deployment in high-scale environments.
- Present research findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML research or a comparable senior engineering role.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or delivering significant industry impact.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Reinforcement Learning, or Computer Vision.
- Experience with distributed systems and high-performance computing infrastructure.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding technical strategy and mentoring teams.
