Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture with a focus on scalability.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing large engineering teams.
- Expert knowledge of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven experience leading R&D initiatives and bringing futuristic concepts to market.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering high-stakes projects.
- Experience in navigating ambiguity and driving technical strategy in fast-paced environments.
