Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Biotech) for disruptive applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions and scaling successful initiatives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Create technology roadmaps with 3-5 year vision and quarterly execution milestones
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two future-facing domains: AI/ML, Quantum Computing, or Synthetic Biology
- Experience developing long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business impact
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, Google Quantum AI) preferred
