Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement advanced Machine Learning models and neural architectures tailored for 2026 enterprise standards.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead research into Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer optimization, and autonomous agent workflows.
- Scalable Infrastructure: Build and optimize high-throughput, low-latency AI inference pipelines using cloud-native technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Pioneering Prototyping: Create rapid prototypes for cutting-edge technologies, including predictive analytics and computer vision applications.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research and development, with a portfolio of published papers or production-grade AI systems.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative algorithmic solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
