- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy high-impact technology solutions.
- Assess emerging tech vendors and platforms, making strategic recommendations for adoption.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Communicate complex technical visions to stakeholders and non-technical leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations or strategic initiatives.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and DevOps methodologies.
- Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and ethical AI implementation.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks, driving teams to deliver high-quality results.
