Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess their strategic implications for 2026 market landscape
- Develop and implement multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation through innovation labs and hackathons
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future technology adoption
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three future-tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Experience developing multi-year strategic plans with measurable KPIs
- Certifications in technology forecasting or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CTO School)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and technology impact assessment
