- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into development pipelines
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Author annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic direction
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., from University of Houston)
