Responsibilities
- Lead development of next-generation technology prototypes with commercial viability for 2026 market readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into scalable solutions
- Research and analyze future tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop technical roadmaps aligning with 5-year innovation strategy
- Present breakthrough concepts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior engineers in futuristic technology methodologies
- Secure intellectual property for novel technological innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of shipping innovative tech products
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neural architecture design, or sustainable tech systems
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping
- Published research or patents in relevant technology domains
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with complex systems
